One of the best coffee farms around. 105 hectares (259 acres) in good producing coffee at different ages. 152 hectares (375 acres) in forest. Lots of good water on the property including fresh water springs, creeks and river. Farm has a water concession. Also border Cachi Lake. Most of the coffee is on gently rolling hill and the forest is in the steeper and higher mountain area. Farm produces approximately 3000 fanegas of coffee per year.

Farm includes a 15 year old, 11,000 sq ft. coffee processing plant with plenty of fresh water available. There is a large storage and equipment building, several other bodegas, and an office building.

There are 3 homes on the farm.

Manager is willing to stay on; he has worked there for 20 years. There are 14 full time workers. During the picking season the use 100 to 150 pickers.

The forest area is in an income producing, environmental friendly program that protects the forest.
